Dr. Irvine graduated with distinction from the College of Optometry at Pacific University, one of North America's top schools for vision therapy. During his final year of school, he completed rotations at some of the most established clinics across America, with an active pursuit in vision therapy.
Dr. Irvine chose neuro-optometry because of his passion for connecting with patients and helping to improve their quality of life. He specializes in helping patients overcome visual problems related to concussions, dizziness, and reading and learning disabilities. Originally from Calgary, Dr. Irvine was drawn to Victoria and Nanaimo for the weather, access to outdoors, and quality of life. When he's not helping patients, he enjoys spending time with his daughters, tackling challenging puzzles, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
